毕业设计说明书 ? ? 题 目 凸模零件数控加工 工艺及铣削编程 摘 要：数控加工是目前的一门新型的专业，正在高速发展。数控加工程序是有着多道复杂的程序组成的，这就为我们学习带来不便之处。为了使我们学习更加方便，使用更加有条理，我编写了这份典型凸模零件的数控铣削编程与操作设计，希望为大家的工作、学习带来方便。 根据任务书设计的主要内容是对我们机械类加工日常中常见的工件其中的一典型零件进行系统的编程与操作设计。从数控加工前应做的准备开始到数控加工工艺分析、数控刀具及其选择、工件装夹方式与数控加工夹具的选择、程序编制中的数值计算、数控加工程序的编制、数控车削加工、数控铣削加工、数控加工中心编程及自动编程技术、数控加工时应注意的问题做了一一的说明。 由于水平有限，自己对设计的完成还不是很完善，有不足之处，望老师斧正。 关键词 数控华中四纪星；数控铣床；夹具；加工；仿真；工序；CAD/CAM技术Abstract：The numerical control processing is a present new specialty，is developing high speed.The numerical control processing program has the multi-channel complex procedure composition，this studies for us brings the discomfort. In order to cause us to study is more convenient, the use even more has orderliness， I have compiled this typical plunger components numerical control milling programming and the operation design，hoped that for everybodys work，the study brings conveniently. Is carries on systems programming and the operation design according to the project description designs primary coverage to our machinery processing daily common work piece typical components. The question which the preparation which should do before the numerical control processing starts to the numerical control processing process study, the numerical control cutting tool and the choice, the work piece attire clamps the way and the numerical control processed in jigs choice， programming numerical calculus，numerical control processing program establishment， numerical control lathe work, numerical control milling processing, numerical control machining center programming and when automatic programming technology， numerical control processing should pay attention to give 11 showing.
