摘 要本工程为鹏程大酒店，是根据沈阳市整体规划，适应经济发展需要而规划的酒店。充分满足酒店、接待、娱乐、会议等各方面使用功能的要求，建筑形态服从城市设计的整体要求，处理好立面的景观效果，创造舒适宜人的环境。本工程占地面积为1632.96平方米左右，本建筑主体部分共6层，屋顶有电梯提升间，建筑高度22.7米，室内外高差为0.45米，女儿墙高0.6米。建筑总长度为64.8米，总宽度为32.4米。本工程结构形式为钢筋混凝土框架结构。框架柱混凝土强度等级不变，截面大小不变。柱的混凝土强度等级采用C35；截面层均为500mm×500mm。框架梁混凝土强度与柱相同为C35，横向梁截面为300mm×700mm，纵向梁截面为300mm×700mm。建筑地点地质条件良好，采用柱下独立基础，混凝土强度C35。结构采用框架结构形式，在进行荷载计算和构件截面估算后，选取一榀框架进行计算。在进行截面抗震设计时，柱按偏压构件计算，为保证延性框架要“强剪弱弯，强柱弱梁，强节点弱构件强锚固的设计原则，且满足构造要求。计算中包括荷载计算，活载计算，风荷载计算，内力组合，梁、柱的配筋。结构计算中，采用D值法，计算水平地震作用和风荷载作用下框架的顶点位移和内力；采用弯矩分配法计算竖向荷载作用下的框架内力，并考虑地震、风的影响进行内力组合。在此基础上，进行框架梁、柱的配筋设计计算。关键词：酒店设计；绘图；框架结构；混凝土；D值法AbstractThis project, according to the rose garden hotel Shenyang overall planning is to adapt to economic development needs.In architecture design, fully satisfy hotelreception, entertainment, conference various aspects of the use function requirements. The strength degree and the cross sections of the frame columns don’t change. The strength degree of the frame columns is C30.And the cross sections of the columns are 500mm×500mm. The strength degree of the frame beams is same with the columns, and the cross sections are 250mm500mm and 250mm400mm.
