摘要 随着运输市场竞争的日益激烈，铁路货运站原有的布局已经不能适应新形势的要求。在现代物流理念下，货运站如何适应铁路运输生产力的合理布局与城市的经济发展；如何提高铁路货物运输的综合效率，加快货物的周转，提升货物运输的服务水平和管理层次，吸引更多的客户，赢得更广泛的货源和更多的经济利益；如何为铁路货运物流化创造更有利的发展环境，合理规划设计铁路物流中心就显得至关重要。 本论文在对国内外物流中心发展、相关研究进行分析的基础上，阐述了铁路物流中心的概念以及规划布局的基本理论。分析了铁路货运站发展铁路物流中心的优势和劣势，并且提出了相应的改进对策，提出了铁路物流中心规划设计的主要原则、基本要求、主要步骤和内容。在铁路物流中心平面设计中，对铁路物流中心的各功能区的划分布置原则及其功能区布置模式进行了分析，重点对仓库、集装箱堆场、散堆场、道路、交通流线、生活区域、绿地等进行规划与设计。论文根据铁路物流中心建设的相关理论，结合桂林发展的实际情况，因地制宜，提出了桂林铁路物流中心建设的必要性和可行性，设计了桂林市铁路物流中心平面布置图，以期对未来广西桂林市铁路物流中心规划与设计能够起到些许铺垫作用。 关键词：铁路物流中心；规划布局设计理论；功能区布置模式；平面图设计实例 Abstract With increasing server competition in transport market, the layout of railway freight station has been unable to meet the original requirements of the new situation. In the modern logistics concept, railway freight station how to adapt the rational distribution of productive forces and the citys economic development. How to improve the overall efficiency of rail freight transport and accelerate the turnover of goods, how to enhance the level of service and cargo management levels, to attract more customers, to win broader supply and more economic benefits.
