摘要 摘要：露天采矿，就是用一定的采掘设备，在敞露的空间里从事开采矿床的工程技术。露天采矿具有生产规模大，生产效率高等特点。 本次设计为伊敏露天煤矿年度生产设计 参照2012年产量波动系数并结合矿山实际，推到出了2013年度全年产能状况及设计的宏观方向。分别从年度设计，季度规划、月份计划、周安排、日调度、班组织等不同层次对露天煤矿的各项工作进行了论述。主要对其产能均衡、开采工艺系统、开拓运输系统以及设备选型等进行分析和设计。其中，对半采煤剥离工艺，爆破工程及道路工程等进行了详细的论述。 依托于伊敏露天矿先进的半连续工艺，通过实际考察和资料查阅。该设计中对半连续工艺的论述将会是一个亮点。 通过本次设计使我对露天开采的程序及方法有了深刻的认识。 在两个月夜以继日的努力下，在孟爱国教授悉心的指导下，使我受益匪浅，为我以后从事露天开采工作打下了坚实的基础。 关键词：露天开采 年度生产设计 开采工艺 半连续工艺 生产计划安排 开拓运输系统 穿孔爆破 Abstract：Surface mining, is the use of a certain mining equipment in open space, engaged in the exploitation of deposit of Engineering Technology Open pit mining has a large production scale, high production efficiency This is the Yimin open pit mine annual production design In reference to the 2012 production fluctuation coefficient and the combination of mine is actual, pushed out of the 2013 annual production capacity and design the macroscopical direction.
