摘 要 改革开放 30 年来，我国旅游业取得了巨大的发展，我国旅游业在世界旅游业中的地位也不断提升，成为世界重要的旅游目的地和客源地，旅游已经成为提高人们生活质量的重要方式。近年来，旅游出现大众化趋势，出游人数和出游次数大幅度增加，对旅游信息咨询、旅游救助服务等旅游公共服务的要求越来越高，为了顺应旅游发展的这一趋势，我们必须逐步完善旅游公共服务体系，为旅游者提供高质量的旅游公共服务。山东作为全国旅游资源大省，虽说目前旅游业取得了快速发展，对全省国民经济和社会的贡献程度也在不断提高，但与国内发达省份相比还有很大的差距，旅游市场所占份额依然很少，尤其是旅游公共服务能力不健全的问题仍很突出。鉴于此，本文以旅游公共服务能力为切入点，研究了游客对山东旅游公共服务供给的评价状况，分析了山东旅游公共服务供给中存在的主要问题，最后提出了山东省旅游公共服务有效供给的对策建议。 关键词：山东省；旅游业；公共服务能力；提升 ABSTRACT 30 years of reform and opening up, Chinas tourism industry has achieved great development, the tourism industry of our country in world tourism status is also rising, to become the worlds important tourist destination and tourist market, tourism has become an important way to improve the quality of peoples life. In recent years, tourism is becoming popular trend, the number of trips and travel times to increase substantially, tourist information, travel assistance services, tourism public services have become increasingly demanding, in order to comply with the tourism development of this trend, we need to gradually improve the public service system, for tourists to provide high quality tourism public service. Shandong as a national tourism resources big province, although tourism has obtained the rapid development, to the provinces economic and social contribution degree has been improved, but compared with developed provinces of China still has very big difference, tourism market share is still very small, especially travel capability of public service is not perfect still have problems. In view of this, this article in the travel public service ability as the breakthrough point, studies the tourists to Shandong tourism public services supply in the evaluation of the state, has analyzed in the Shandong tourist public service supply of the main problems existing in the tourism of Shandong Province, finally put forward the effective supply of public service countermeasures.
