Our country advocates the idea of take the elderly at home as a base, rely on the community districts, supported by institutions and aims to build 9073 pension pattern.,the development and construction of pension estate is much-needed. The significance of this study is to improve the quality of life of the elderly in his later years and improve the operation and management mode of Chinas endowment real estate. In this paper, I investigate and analyze the operation and management mode of xx Wuzhen Graceland. And then, I summarize and analyzed the reasons for its success in terms of residential product design features, operation mode, sources of funding, facilities, etc.. Through case studies, comparative studies, questionnaires research methods, I conclude the advantages in the operation and management mode of xx Wuzhen Graceland, as well as existing urgent problems in the field of Chinas endowment real estate. Most importantly, it can offer valuable lessons for our country’s endowment real estate.
