There are possibly three reasons behind the situation. First, exam-oriented education makes the students pay less attention to spelling. Second, some teachers should also be responsible for it because they don’t emphasize the importance of spelling during teaching. Last but not least, some students are too lazy to recite words. 　 　Since spelling is one of the most important factors in English study, due attention should be given to it. As for me, I think, first, exams should be modified to stress spelling, which would help students pay more attention to spelling. Then, schools should also take effective measures to help teachers as well as the students to realize the importance. Finally, for students themselves, they can, through other ways, make them be interested in word spelling. By doing these we can realize the importance of spelling and make improvement. Concerning campus construction, it is not just about building a green environment such as planting more trees and flowers, but also advocating green products. For example, students are encouraged to avoid using disposable plastic containers in campus dining hall and recycle wasted batteries etc.. In addition to the environmentally friendly practice, we shall make every effort to educate university students in order to create a desirable campus environment. For example, students will be severely punished in case of cheating in exams. As a university student, not only shall we increase our awareness of the importance of green environment in campus but also we take actions to purify the campus atmosphere and make it more healthy. 　It is necessary for us to show our plans and arrangements to you. Our plan is to set off next weekend, when the summer vacation officially begins. And, our purpose is to service the Olympic Games. The first stop is Nanjing, the world-renowned city for its beauty and mild temperature. We’ll get there by train and stay there for 2 days, and then we’ll head for Shanghai. After a 3-day st
