The planned project, Wealth Advisors - Japan (WA-Japan), with a focus on Customer Relationship Management (CRM), will enable the WA-Japan Service Advisors to offer customers highly individualized financial planning and management. To be successful and deliver excellent customer service, the WA-Japan project recognizes that it must:
