(2)Help students acquire the use of adjective ending –ing and –ed.

(1)Enable students to use these new words correctly in speaking and writing.

Step II Lead -in (5 minutes )
Everybody , after we have studied this passage (My first day at senior high ), we all know that the writer had a wonderful experience of his first day in senior high school. In this class let’s study some useful words and phrases. phrases (look forward to, far from, nothing like )and words(bored/boring tired/tiring excited/exciting surprising/surprised interesting/interested embarrassed /embarrassing)
