基于ADAMS-2吨叉车液压系统设计及仿真 摘 要 叉车是一种自行式搬运设备。叉车要完成作业任务需具备行驶、转向、货叉起升、门架倾斜四个子功能。行驶、转向功能的设计与一般内燃机车辆行驶功能的设计没有什么不同,在此不做探讨。这里主要完成满足货叉起升、门架倾斜子功能的设计。实现以上功能的原理有机械传动原理及液压传动原理等,在此我们选择液压传动原理作为货叉起升、门架倾斜功能实现手段。 本文首先了国内外的研究现状和发展趋势,虚拟样机技术的基本理论框架,论证了将虚拟样机技术应用于设计的必要性分析工作过程,绘制液压系统原理图,进行液压UG NX软件及使用UG NX建立叉车ADAMS软件液压系统仿真,,分析仿真结果。 通过对虚拟样机的性能模拟测试,达到提高设计性能,降低设计成本、减少产品开发时间的目的关键词:液压系统仿真 Based On ADAMS-2-ton Forklift Hydraulic System Design And Simulation Abstract Forklift is a self-propelled material handling equipment. This paper firstly introduces the virtual prototyping technologys basic theory framework , reviews the present research and development of the aspect which is both home and abroad and demonstrates the necessity of virtual prototyping technology which is used for designing the back loading compression collector .At the same time ,the work process of forklift is analyzed ,the hydraulics system schematic diagram is drawn , the hydraulic system is calculated and organs are chosen .Secondly, UG NX is simply introduced and the virtual prototype of refuse collector is established. At last, the hydraulics system is emulated by ADAMS, the simulations consist of kinematic simulation and dynamics simulation of a barrel hydraulic cylinder system, the result of simulation is analyzed. The design of the hydraulic system is further optimized by analyzing the results of simulations
