CHAPTER 5: EXAMINATION AND INSPECTION PROGRAM 第5章：检验和检测程序 5.0 Scope 5.0 范围 This Chapter establishes the examination and inspection requirements for fabricating Code Items in accordance with the Code and Customer Specification. 本章规定按照规范和客户技术条件制造规范产品的检查和检验要求。 5.1 General 5.1 总则 The QC Engineer shall be responsible for providing the examination, inspection, and test control procedures for the Code Items in accordance with the requirements of the Code and the QC Manual. 质控工程师负责按规范和质量控制手册的要求对规范产品提供检查、检验及检测控制程序。 5.2 The Check Off List 5.2 工艺检验流程卡（COL） 5.2.1 The Process Engineer shall prepared the COL (Exhibit 5-1A, BC) in accordance with the drawing, the Code and the Customer Specification. The COL shall provide all the required examinations, inspections and tests with columns for signatures and dates by the Quality Inspector and the AI to confirm the quality activities above. The COL shall be reviewed by the QC Engineer and approved by the Technical Manager to make certain that all the required examinations, inspections and tests are indicated at proper stages and fulfill the requirements of the Code and Customer Specification. 5.2.1 工艺工程师应按照图纸、规范和客户技术条件编制“工艺检验流转卡（COL）”（样表5-1A，B和C），工艺检验流程卡要包括所有需要的检查、检验和试验并有质量检验员和AI签字和签署日期的栏目，以验证上述质量活动。工艺检验流程卡由质控工程师审核，由技术经理批准，使所有要求的检查、检验和试验都指示在适当的工序中并满足规范和客户技术条件的要求。 5.2.2 The COL shall indicate the Document No. of applicable examination, inspection and test procedures or instructions with Rev.
