河南农业大学 本科生毕业论文 题 目 基于Flexsim配送中心的仿真与优化研究 学 院 机电工程学院 专业班级 11级物流工程2班 学生姓名 学 号 指导教师 撰写日期：2015年 5 月 30 日 摘 要 随着社会进步科技发展，物流仿真越来越发挥重要作用。物流企业面临物流工程项目投资新建或原有系统技术改造时，缺乏准确丰富的信息数据和必要的物流仿真系统决策支持，容易造成项目建设投入的盲目性和资金流失。物流仿真借助计算机技术对物流系统进行真实模仿，通过仿真实验得到各种动态活动及过程瞬间仿效记录，进而验证物流工程项目的有效性、合理性和优化效果，因此物流仿真具有重要的现实意义。本文以配送中心为研究对象，结合Flexsim进行物流配送中心仿真研究。主要对配送中心的功能、结构、流程及管理控制方式进行分析、归纳和综合，创建配送中心仿真模型，并对其进行优化分析。 关键词：物流，配送中心， flexsim仿真，  Research on inventory simulation of distribution center based on Flexsim Abstract With the development of social science and technology, logistics simulation is playing an increasingly important role.. Logistics enterprises facing the logistics project investment in new or technological transformation of the original system, lack of abundant and accurate data and the necessary logistics system simulation decision support, easily lead to the construction project investment blindness and loss of funds. Logistics simulation with computer technology to mimic the real logistics system. Through simulation experiments obtained each kind of dynamic activity and the process follow an instant record, and then verify that the logistics project of the validity, rationality and optimization of the effect, so logistics simulation has important practical significance. This paper takes the distribution center as the research object, and carries on the simulation of logistics distribution center with Flexsim.. Mainly for distribution center function, structure, process and management control mode of analyzing, inducing and synthesizing, distribution center simulation model is created, and it optimizes the analysis.
