本科学生毕业论文 论文题目： 紫苏子有效成分的提取分离 学 院： 化学化工与材料学院 年 级： 2010级 专 业： 制药工程（化学制药） 姓 名： 张红月 学 号： 指导教师： 刘丽娟 2014 年5月15日 摘要 紫苏子，唇形科植物紫苏的干燥成熟果实（Perilla frutescens var. acuta）是我国传统中药，属于辛温解表药。主产于湖北、江苏、湖南、浙江、安徽等地。主要成分为脂肪油、生物碱类、糖类、黄酮类等成分，有降气消痰、平喘、润肠之功能。临床上有降血脂、止咳平喘、抗过敏、抗衰老等药理作用。因此其有效成分的提取分离对于紫苏子应用于临床具有重要意义本文应用回流提取法对紫苏子有效成分进行提取然后分别应用硅胶柱色谱分离方法葡聚糖凝胶柱色谱分离方法对其有效成分进行分离Abstract Perilla frutescens is the dry and riped fruit of perilla which belongs to labiatae plants. As a kind of traditional Chinese Medicine,it is belongs to the Xinwen jiebiao drugs.The most agriculture of perilla are located in Hubei, Jiangsu, Hunan, Zhejiang, Anhui and other places.The main ingredients include fatty oil, flavonoids, alkaloids, sugar and other ingredients, with reducing gas sputum elimination, and asthma, runchang function. Perilla frutescens have conquer the blood grease, relieving cough and asthma, antianaphylaxis, anti-aging and other pharmacological effects on clitical. Therefore, the extraction and separation of effective ingredients is significance for Perilla applied to clinical. Using refluxing extraction to extract the effective components of Perilla in this artical, the main components of the extract is fatty oil, flavonoids, phenolic compounds and so on. Then using silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography respectively to separate the effective components. Then the TLC analysis was performed for the further research. Through consulting the literature we can know these substances is caffeic acid, rosmarinic acid, luteolin, apigenin and other components.
