converter achieves ZVS for the switches in a wide Ioad range with the use of the energy stored in the output fiIter

inductances and the rectifier diodes commute naturaIIy therefore no osciIIation and voItage spike occurs . The transformer
needs no speciaI manufacture method to Iimit the Ieakage inductance . The ZVS achievement and the design considerations for
the output fiIter inductances and the bIocking capacitor are discussed for the improved CDR ZVS PWM FB converter . A 540 W
prototype converter is buiIt in the Iab to verify the operationaI principIe and design considerations for the improved converter，
