改进型消费使用模型WEEE城乡回收量 预测一一以福建省为例 孙黎宏 武夷学院商学院 有效预测各类废弃电器电子产品（WEEE）的回收量，是WEEE回收工作开展的重 要环节。消费使用模型因其简便易用，故尤其适用于缺乏准确销售量数据的区域 WEEE的预测。但由于此种模型不考虑科技进步和经济发展引发的电器电子产品 平均使用寿命的变化，在一定程度上影响了估算结果的准确性。故为提高预测的 准确度，有必要在现有研宄基础上构建改进的消费使用模型。以福建省六类常用 家电的社会保有量为数据来源，利用改进的消费使用模型分别对福建省城市和 乡镇的家用WEEE回收量进行预测。预测结果发现六类电器电子产品的报废过程 遵循一定规律，且有明显的城乡差异特征。为回收企业与相关组织进行家用 WEEE的回收处理工作提供指导，进而实现系统的降木增效。 关键词： 废弃电子电器产品（WEEE）;消费使用模型;福建省;城乡;回收量;预测; 基金：福建省教育厅社会科学研宂项目（JAS160550）资助 Forecast of WEEE Urban and Rural Recycling Based on Improved Consumption and Use Approach:An Empirical Analysis of Fujian Province SUN Li-hong Business School， Wuyi University; Abstract： The effective forecast of the recovery is an important part of the recycling of waste electrical and electronic equipment ( WEEE). Consumption and use approach is particularly useful for forecasting regional WERE when accurate sales data is lacking. However, because of this model docs not take into the change of the average life which is caused by scientific and technological progress and economic development. To a certain extent, this affects the accuracy of the estimation results. Therefore, in order to improve the accuracy of the forecast, it is necessary to build an improved consumption and use approach. The paper have the social security of six kinds of household appliances in Fujian Province as the data source, to predict the recovery of the product, including the city and the township by using the improved consumption and use approach. The results show that the scrapping process of the six kinds of products follows certain laws. And there are obvious differences between urban and rural areas. This phenomenon can provide a guide for the enterprises engaged in waste electrical and electronic products recycling., And then achieve the purpose of reducing the efficiency of the system.
