【摘要【摘要】 】 【【摘要摘要】】 南京三汊河口闸工程是中国第一座护镜门水闸，放水时弧形闸门提起后，象两个眼镜片， 故此得名。 三汊河口闸的这种护镜门的门型，在国内是第一个，在国外只有荷兰有，而三闸河口闸 的门型比荷兰的护镜门有改进和创新，主要是在护镜门顶端增设了小门，可以控制小门的开 度，来调节上游的秦淮河水位。避免经常开启大的弧形护镜门，毕竟开启大的护镜门是相当 不方便，也不太容易控制上游水位的。 本次三维造型以护镜门与启闭机连接吊头为对象，采用了江苏省水利机械制造总厂设计 施工二维图纸，使用了AutoCAD2006, Solidworks2008 等绘图软件，对其进行了二维和三维 造型设计，效果良好。在建模过程中，充分结合二维图纸中的数据，在读懂连接吊头结构和 尺寸的前提下，正确运用了三维制图软件 Solidworks2008 中的拉伸、去除材料、扫描—— 伸出项、特征复制、选择性粘贴、镜像等命令，构建出了泵站上道门侧轮的主体部分和附属 部件，然后按照它们的结构尺寸进行了装配，最终完成了连接吊头的三维造型设计，为施工 等提供了比较直观的工作模型，也为提高工作效率提供了可能，意义重大。 【关键词【关键词】水闸】 、护镜门、启闭机、吊头、工程技术、CAD 二维绘图、Solidworks 三维造 【【关键词关键词】】 型、拉伸、去除材料、特征复制、装配。 1 【【Abstract 】】 【【 】】 Nanjing three branch estuary sluice project is Chinas first goggles gate sluice radial gate, when water is filed, like two glasses, so the name.
