Abstract. In this paper, Organizational Behavior individual behavior, group behavior and organizational behavior teaching and students ego-identity exploration are combined to be explored. The author selects the Legally Blonde, Good Will Hunting, The 33,Stanford Prison Experiment, The Devil Wears Prada and Silicon Valley Legend, a total of six classic movies as a carrier of organizational behavior teaching curriculum for a new teaching improvement.
