分类号 密级 ‘ 宁宁波大红鹰学院 毕业设计(论文) 基于PLC的DVD盒自动定型输送线设计 所在学院 专业 班级 姓名 学号 指导老师 年 月 日 诚信承诺 我谨在此承诺：本人所写的毕业论文《基于PLC的DVD盒自动定型输送线设计》均系本人独立完成，没有抄袭行为，凡涉及其他作者的观点和材料，均作了注释，若有不实，后果由本人承担。 承诺人（签名）： 年月日 摘 要 DVD盒自动生产线主要有取盒，翻折、堆放、冷却、传输等几道重要工序。刚由注塑机注塑成型的一个DVD盒塑料制品形状扁平，经过DVD盒气动折叠合盖装置的自动折叠合盖，并由搬运将DVD盒子转移到输送带上，并同时在输送带上完成冷却定型过程。本课题即要求完成对该DVD盒自动定型输送线的设计。使用自动化设备实现生产自动化一方面可以大大减轻工人劳动负担，另一方面使得整个工作过程可控性更强，产品品质更一致。 介绍了DVD盒的手工生产流程,利用PLC和触摸屏进行软硬件设计,实现DVD盒自动化生产,给出DVD盒自动化生产线控制系统的部分触摸屏界面,工作时序图和流程图。实践证明,系统运行稳定,操作简便,满足设计的要求,值得推广应用。 关键词：DVD盒，PLC， Abstract AutomaticDVDboxproductionaremainlyfromtheboxline,folding,stacking,cooling,transmissionofseveralimportantprocedures.JustbyaDVDboxplasticinjectionmoldingmachine,flatshape,afterautomaticfoldinglidofDVDboxpneumaticfoldingliddevice,andtheconveyingmanipulatorDVDboxtotheconveyorbelt,andatthesametimetocompletecoolingprocessontheconveyorbelt.ThisprojectisrequiredtocompletetheautomaticdesignoftransmissionlineontheDVDbox.Theuseofautomationequipmenttoachieveproductionautomationcangreatlyreducethelaborburden,ontheotherhand,makesthewholeprocessmorecontrollable,moreconsistentproductquality. IntroducedtheDVDboxmanualproductionprocess,theuseofPLCandtouchscreendesignofhardwareandsoftwareimplementationofDVDbox,automaticproduction,partoftouchscreeninterfaceisthecontrolsystemoftheDVDboxofautomaticproductionline,theworksequencediagramandflowchart.Practicehasproved,stableoperation,simpleoperation,meetthedesignrequirements,itisworthyofpopularizationandapplication.
