According to the European Machine Tool Exhibition (e Mo) survey data show, grinder in enterprises accounted for machine tools proportion reaches as high as 42% is the manufacturing industry in the main processing technology of therefore, is essential in the research upgrades of manufacturing technology in NC grinding.This paper mainly discusses the upgrade of the electrical principle design of the M7163 type plane grinder. This machine adopts the grinding wheel peripheral grinding machine tool, also can use the end face of the grinding wheel to wear the vertical surface of the workpiece.
