洛阳市工商局综合楼建筑结构设计摘 要本次毕业设计的题目是洛阳市工商局综合楼建筑结构设计，采用多层框架结构，总建筑面积为6998.76m2左右，为永久性建筑。层高均为3.6m。建筑物总高度为23.25m。设计的内容包括建筑设计、结构设计两部分。建筑设计是在总体规划的前提下，根据设计任务书的要求，确定设计方案，画出建筑施工图。结构设计是在建筑物初步设计的基础上确定结构方案；绘制结构施工图。本次毕业设计主要进行的是结构设计部分。结构设计简而言之就是用结构语言来表达工程师所要表达的东西。结构设计的阶段大体可以分为三个阶段：一 结构方案阶段：根据建筑的重要性，建筑所在地的抗震设防烈度，工程地质勘查报告，建筑场地的类别及建筑的高度和层数来确定建筑的结构形式，本工程采用的是框架结构；二 结构计算阶段：包括荷载计算、内力计算（弯矩、剪力和轴力）和构件计算；三 施工图设计阶段：根据上述计算结果，进行内力组合，框架梁柱的截面设计，基础、楼板以及楼梯的设计。最终确定构件布置和构件配筋以及根据规范的要求来确定结构构件的构造措施,根据有关制图标准绘制结构施工图。关键词：框架结构，荷载，结构设计,内力计算THE ARCHITECTURAL AND STRUCTURAL DESIGN OF BUILDING OF INDUSTRY AND COMMERCE ADMINISTRATION OF LUOYANG CITY ABSTRACTThe subject of this graduation project is the architectural and structural design of thebuilding of Industry and Commerce Administration of Luoyang city.
