Slide 1Good Morning On behalf of the Bluestar Operations Department, I would like welcome each of you to today’s SHE leadership training session.It is a privilege to speak with all of you and to discuss our vision and strategy in becoming a world class global enterprise in SHE. This is a critical priority for all of us and I would like to share some of my thoughts on how we must attack the critical challenge of continually improving our safety performance. I’ll spend most of my time on what I’ll call the soft side of the safety equation—and what I mean by that is going beyond the steps of defining, documenting and training employees on work processes and operating disciplines.
