摘要 施工项目的良好运行与科学的管理方案密不可分，管理水平成了制约施工企业的第一要素。本次设计针对锦东?塞哥维亚7-9#楼工程项目编制施工项目管理实施规划，从工程总承包的角度出发，运用所掌握的施工技术、项目经济以及项目管理等知识，应用相关软件等工具对工程项目进行科学的组织和布局。因地制宜，综合考虑，设计合理的施工项目管理实施规划，使得工程良好的进行，争取达到高质量，低成本，高效益的优质工程，以期达到工程各参与方满意的效果。 论文主要内容包括工程概况、施工部署、组织方案、施工方案、施工进度计划、成本管理计划、资源供应计划、施工准备工作计划、施工平面图、施工技术组织措施计划、施工项目风险管理规划、技术经济指标计算及分析等。分析我国施工项目管理的现状，总结前人经验。以《建筑工程施工组织设计规范》和《建筑工程项目管理规范》为依据，运用流水施工原理使得资源、工序、时间等充分衔接；应用广联达计价完成工程量和成本的分阶段计量成果；通过PERT网络优化合理地统筹安排施工进度计划，对进度、资源、成本进行集成管理，通过数据计算确定工期的动态控制范围；通过应用project软件编制工程进度计划、成本计划、资源计划，多次优化后达到缩短工期、降低成本、平衡资源的目标；运用图表和数据总结分析论证施工项目管理规划经济上的合理性和技术上的科学性。通过本次设计说明施工管理规划的实用性和重要性。 关键词：施工项目管理；进度计划；资源计划；成本计划；网络优化  Abstract Inseparable good operation and scientific management for construction project, the management level has become the first factor restricting the construction enterprise.
