Car matrix, generally is composed of two beams longitudinal beam and a few root, through suspension, front axle and rear axle bearing on the wheel. Have enough strength and stiffness to withstand a load of car and blow came from the wheels. Frames function is to support and to connect all the assembly of the car, make each assembly relatively correct position, and under various load car inside and outside. In order to make the car have enough strength and rigidity to bear the load and impact, and auto are introduced in the design process of finite element analysis. This topic according to the need of BJ01C7, draw a frame of 3 d model, to improve the frame structure, the modeling and calculation analysis. In this paper, the CAD 2 d graphics technology, UG three-dimensional modeling technology is used in the design of the frame structure, and the reasonable using Nastran finite element analysis technique to analyze the frame, get the frame under various static working condition of stress distribution, the second to the modal analysis of frame, get natural frequencies and natural modes of the frame. Then do random vibration response spectrum analysis, get the frame under road excitation displacement response and stress response.
