This part is very important for the management and operation of public service. In the face of the increasingly complex fixed telephone charges and inquiries, the urgent need for a quick, simple and effective management system for payment. In this paper, we design and implement the system of fixed telephone payment and query system. This system uses C# language, combined with the database SQL2008, to achieve the user number of the management of the call records management, charge management and other functions. Through this system, the telecommunications sector can improve the information input of fixed telephone, payment information, the efficiency of the collection of statistics. At the same time, it can also speed up the processing speed of the user to the telecommunication service, so as to facilitate peoples daily life.
