38 7 西安交通大学学报 Vol. 38 7 2004 7 JOURNAL OF XIAN JIAOTONG UNIVERSITY Jul. 2004 熊伟, 冯全科 ( , 710049, ) 基于双螺杆压缩机齿间间隙的生成原理, 提出将阳转子齿面沿接触线的法向间隙作为阳转子的齿间间隙, 将螺杆压缩机齿间间隙分布的计算转化为沿接触线的间隙分布的计算, 即转化为沿接触线的间隙带的计算. 计算结果表明, 螺杆压缩机齿间间隙分布存在跃升现象. 该方法可以获得完整的齿间间隙分布规律, 可以量化不同的齿间间隙获得方法对齿间间隙分布的影响, 计算精度能够满足工程设计的需要. 螺杆压缩机; 齿间间隙; 接触线 TH455 A 0253- 987X( 2004) 07- 0682- 04 Calculation to InterLobe Clearance Distribution of TwinScrew Compressor Xiong Wei, Feng Quanke ( School of Energy and Power Engineering , Xian Jiaotong University , Xian 710049, China) Abstract Based on producing principle of the interlobe clearance of twinscrew compressor, a mathematical algorithm is presented, where the normal distance betw een the two screw rotor surfaces along the contact line is considered as the interlobe clearance. Therefore the calculation of interlobe clearance is transformed to the calculation of clearance distri bution along the contact line. The results show that clearance jump exists along the contact line, and the total interlobe clearance distribution can be obtained with higher accuracy via the proposed algorithm.
