基于短距离RF通讯技术的无线数据采集系统设计 （下位机部分） 摘 要 目前在工业数据采集应用领域，都采用无线方式进行远距离数据传输，和传统的有线方式相比，无限传输网络具有很大的优越性，无限传输不受其应用现场环境和应用对象的限制。基于此，本系统设计了一套基于通用单片机和多信道单片收发芯片的无线温度数据采集模块，利用单总线数字传感器DS18B20对温度信息进行采集，采用单片机AT89S51作为主控芯片，无线数据收发模块采用单片射频收发器NRF905，它可以实现自动处理字头、CRC循环冗余码校验和曼彻斯特编码/解码等功能，具有传输距离远、速率快、数据收发性能稳定的优点。无线数据采集系统与有线方式相比无线方式的传输媒介是电磁波，不需要架设大量的通信电缆，节省了许多成本，另外很大程度上为那些不方便架设电缆的地方提供了通信的可能。 本系统下位机采集被测环境的温度以及当前的时间信息，进行温度时间信息的采集、显示，在微控制器的控制下通过NRF905将采集来的温度以及时间信息发送给上位机，上位机收到信息后通过RS232将数据传递给PC机，PC机完成数据的存储、分析等工作。本课题主要完成下位机部分，下位机完成的主要工作时信息的采集和收发。 关键词：无线数据采集系统、NRF905、DS18B20 The Design of Wireless Data Acquisition System Based on Short Distance RF Communication Technology (Lower Machine Part) Abstract At present in the Industrial Data Acquisition System application field, use wireless remote data transmission way, and the traditional cable way transmission network, compared with infinite great superiority, infinite transmission by its application field environment and application object restrictions. Based on this, this system designed a set of based on general SCM and multichannel monolithic transceiver chip wireless temperature data acquisition module .By using a 1-wire digital temperature sensor DS18B20 for information collection, use the monolithic AT89S51 as the master chip, wireless data transceiver module single-chip rf transceiver NRF905 .It can realize automatic processing , CRC cyclic redundancy yards calibration and Manchester encoding/decoding, and other functions, with transmitting distance, speed, data transceiver stable performance advantages.Wireless data acquisition system compared with cable way of wireless transmission medium is electromagnetic wave, dont need to set up a lot of communication cable, saved many costs, another big also solved those inconvenient for the erection of the local communication cable may. This system to low machine temperature, time information acquisition, storage, display, and in micro controller NRF905 will be under the control of the collected by tempe
