AG公司电机换向器质量改进研究 学生姓名： 王 兰 学生学号： 200610603105 院（系）： 机电工程学院 年级专业： 2006级工业工程 指导教师： 曾庆 硕士（助教） 二〇一〇年六月  摘 要 换向器是直流永磁串激电动机上为了能够让电动机持续转动下去的一个部件AG公司为研究对象，运用质量机能展开（QFD）原理和技术，通过将顾客语言表达的质量需求转换成技术语言的质量特性，建立两者的二维关系表，分析市场竞争能力及技术竞争能力，从而构建设计质量的质量屋（HOQ）。然后在一级展开的基础上，对质量特性进行二级展开，提出具体的改进措施。再将PDCA循环与质量三部曲及质量螺旋结合，对产品质量形成全过程的每个环节，从质量计划、质量控制、质量改进三个层面，探寻持续改进的新思路，最终提高产品的性能和质量，增强企业竞争力。 关键词 换向器，质量机能展开，质量改进，PDCA循环  ABSTRACT Commutator is a part of DC permanent magnet series exchtation electromotor in order to be able to let the electromotor continues to turn over, which is a communicator in DC generator . Its role is to keep the output current of direction. At present, more and more smaller and informal enterprises with the poor quality appear in the domestic market, but the price of their products is much lower than the regular enterprises’ products. This leads the communicator product market to become more competitive, results in regular manufacturer sales to begin to decline, prompts them to focus on the upgrading of technology products and the development of new product, and enhance product quality management. Taking the domestic and foreign communicator industry as the starting point, this article selects AG company as a subject, applies Quality Function Deployment (QFD) principles and techniques on building House of Quality(HOQ) ,makes the quality design required by customers’ language expression convert to quality characteristics of technical language, then establishes both two-dimensional relationship tables, analyses market competitiveness and technological competitiveness. Thereby, we can expands second level of quality characteristics to propose specific measures for improvement based on the first level. Then combine the PDCA cycle with Quality Three Steps and Quality Loop , and form every segment of the whole process for product quality, exploring the new way of sustainable improvement from Quality Plan, Qua
