By the way, the whole process of the initial characterization proposal and situation might be not quite clear for you guys. So, I’d like to make a brief introduction to it: 11/3/2008, we received the international public bid notice. 11/25/2008, with help of John, Jim, and Tony, I finished the final EOI (EXPRESSION OF INTEREST) and sent out (the deadline is 11/28/2008) 12/17/2008, we have first group meeting at AquaBlok with John Hull and John Collion discussing the costing issue and technologies. 1/27/2008, with help of John, Jim, and Tony, I finished a technical presentation PPT in both Chinese and English version that have 60 slides for each, and sent to the Academy of Yunnan Environmental Protection for technical review 1/30/2009-2/10/2009, with the efforts of the team, we found some contacts in USEPA to communicate with Academy of Yunnan Environmental Science for introducing our technologies and reputation of our companies. 2/6/2009, I wrote a short summary of our proposal and advantage of our technologies to let Mr.Cheng, our Chinese Partner, to meet with the president of Academy of Yunnan Environmental and some main officials in the local government. 2/13/2009, we got invitation notice for a project session in Kunming. Because Tony, John, and Jim had either no time or expired visa, Andrzej, a senior engineer of Adventus and I went to China to attend the session. 2/17/2009, in the session, I made a brief presentation for our technologies and asked some questions to the experts and scholar for some basic information.
