Thehigh flux output and efficacy offered by the XM-L LEDmake it a particularly strong candidate for use in ahigh-bay luminaire. The performance of the XM-L LEDmeans that it is not necessary to use hundreds of LEDsto match the light output of traditional metal halide andfluorescent high-bay lighting.An XM-L LED-based high-bay luminaire not only offersenergy efficiency benefits but its long lifetime alsoreduces maintenance costs in typically hard-to-reachindustrial and commercial applications.Reliance on any of the information provided in this Application Note is at the user’s sole risk.
