摘　　要 世纪家园因特网流量管理系统是在传统的小区因特网流量管理系统的基础上发展起来的，近年来获得了显著的发展。随着计算机的出现和普及，小区因特网流量管理已经由手工服务升级为计算机服务，作为现代小区因特网流量管理行业的重要技术手段，世纪家园因特网流量管理系统发挥着很重要的作用，设计和开发此因特网流量管理系统具有明显的实际意义。 本系统是以JSP为编程语言，在B/S架构下实现一个服务于世纪家园小区的因特网流量管理收费业务的综合系统。系统由业主申请模块、建议功能模块、因特网流量收费查询模块、因特网流量费用缴费管理模块等功能模块构成。实现了针对小区业主和管理员两种角色的权限管理。系统经过实际运行测试满足用户的需求，达到预期效果。 系统利用MVC架构的思想及其优势，用JSP技术实现前台页面编辑，将业务数据封装在JavaBeans中，通过JDBC桥实现数据库的逻辑连接，运用分层的思想来构建系统的框架，将用户界面层、业务处理层和数据存储层分别独立设计，实现代码分离编写，最大限度的将业务数据独立出来单独管理，使系统结构清晰、使软件系统的可移植性和可维护性明显增强；同时使用SQL Server2000作为后台数据库，也有效地降低了系统的应用成本，具有更好的推广价值。 关键词：因特网流量　　B/S　　MVC ABSTRACT Residential Internet traffic management is developed in the traditional residential Internet traffic management on the basis of new industries, a significant development in recent years.
