CVE 方案结合局部治疗对31例眼内期视网膜母细胞瘤患儿的疗效观察 ＊ 周 敏 ，刘玉静，孙建楠（北华大学第一临床医学院眼视光科，吉林吉林 132011） 中图分类号 R969.4；R739.7 文献标志码 A 文章编号 1001-0408（2013）26-2444-03 DOI 10.6039/j.issn.1001-0408.2013.26.17 摘 要 目的：探讨CVE 方案结合局部治疗对儿童眼内期视网膜母细胞瘤的疗效。方法：选取2008年6月－2011年6月我科收 治的眼内期视网膜母细胞瘤患儿，对其临床数据进行分析。采用CVE 方案结合局部治疗的方法治疗。结果：共31例（40只患 眼），其中单侧患儿22例，双侧患儿9例，平均年龄22.8个月，平均随访27.8个月。采用Reese-Ellsworth 分级法，17只眼为Ⅰ～Ⅲ 级，治疗后16只眼（94.1％）持续缓解，1只眼（5.9％）仍发生进展；23只眼为Ⅳ～Ⅴ级，治疗后9只眼（39.1％）持续缓解，14只眼 （60.9％）出现肿瘤复发或新发病灶。所有病例都能耐受化疗，仅4例（12.9％）发生轻度肝功能损害。结论：CVE 方案与局部治疗 相结合，可以对眼内期视网膜母细胞瘤进行有效的治疗，降低外照射放疗及眼球摘除手术的应用率，提高患儿生存质量。 关键词 CVE 方案；眼内期；视网膜母细胞瘤；局部治疗 Efficacy Observation of CVE Scheme Combined with Local Treatments for 31 Children with Intraocular Retinoblastoma ZHOU Min ，LIU Yu-jing ，SUN Jian-nan （Dept. of Optometry Ophthalmology ，The First Clinical Medical Col- lege of Beihua University ，Jilin Jilin 132011，China ） ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE ：To explore therapeutic efficacy of CVE combined with local treatments for children with intraocular reti- noblastoma. METHODS ：Children with intraocular retinoblastoma admitted in our department during Jun. 2008－Jun. 2011were en- rolled in the study ，and clinical data were analyzed. RESULTS ：There were 40 eyes of 31 children ，22 children were unilateral dis- ease and 9 children were bilateral disease. Mean age of the children was 22.8 months ，and mean follow-up period was 27.8 months.
