Based on the LMI approach, a mode-dependent Lyapunov function is exploited to discuss the regularity and impulse-elimination of SMJSs. Suf铿乧ient conditions for the existence of the observer-based controller such that the closed-loop system is stochastically admissible are given in terms of LMIs. Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness and the superiority of the design methods.
