The regulations aims to collect related information help the government and the public better understanding of the chemicals existing in childrens products. At present, the Ecology Department of Washington require that the largest manufacturer who manufacture the Childrens products intended to be put into a childs mouth, or applied to the childs body, or any mouthable Childrens products intended for children who are age three or under should report before August 21.2012.
