摘　　要 房地产售房信息管理系统是房地产管理机制中的重要组成部分。通过对房地产有限公司销售管理系统的销售管理机制进行调查研究，开发了房地产售房信息管理系统。本系统包含三个功能模块：楼盘资料管理、房屋资料管理、数据统计。本文详细叙述了各功能模块的设计和相应数据库的设计，解决了房地产有限公司销售管理事务中的房屋销售、订购以及相关统计工作等问题，本系统可以对客户和员工的大量数据资料进行管理，比如客户和员工资料的增加、删除、修改和查询，同时可以对楼盘、房型等资料信息进行管理，比如对楼盘，房型资料信息进行录入、修改等管理。另外为配合企业要求，系统还设置了两个权限级别，来保证信息的安全性。 本系统使用SUN公司推出的JSP进行前端开发，通过JSP和数据库进行无缝连接，大量应用了JAVA中的控件和触发事件。后台的数据库管理系统是SQL Server 2000，整个数据库都是相互关联的，具有较高的完整性，一致性和安全性。 关键词：房地产售房信息管理系统　　数据库　　JSP　　SQL Server 2000 ABSTRACT Real estate management Sales management system is an important part of the mechanism.
