Item 4 Food Beverage Service Model 1: Reserving a Table Warm-up: Work in pairs. Learn the following words of the sectors of food and beverage services. Then answer the questions below. For Chinese traditional food: in the south, rice with sauted dishes, in the north noodles, steamed buns and saute dishes are popular. Drinks vary from tea, coffee, juice, beer, cola, sprint, to wine, liquor.
