本科毕业设计（论文） XXX交易所经营问题与对策探讨 学 院 经济管理学院 专 业 工商管理 年级班别 学 号 学生姓名 指导教师 年 月 日 摘 要 XXX交易所的发展模式完全符合我国大宗工业原料流通领域发展创新的方向，并以规模投入、规范运作和创新理念在流通行业树立了典型。交易所电子商务，高度重视交易模式的创新、服务模式的创新，引导着大宗工业原料现货电子交易市场发展的方向。Abstract Guangdong Plastics Exchange (GDPE) sets up an example in the fields as follow: the exchange model of development in the flowing of raw material in mass industry, as well as its devotion of company size, criterion in its operation, and innovative business mind. As a leader, GDPE uses the platform of electric business in the electric exchange market of raw material in mass industry which is by the way of merchandise on hand, from the aspects of exchange model, and innovative service, even though it is just found two years before. In this thesis, at first, I will introduce the background of the industry which GDPE belongs to. The second bring forward the problems which the GDPE faces presently. They are respectively the staffs flow too much frequently and the exchange model incomplete. Meanwhile, the problems GDPE has to solve in its future development, which are the limited ability of storage and logistics, as well as poor execution in exploitation of the abroad market. At last, I will put forward the measures which are referred.
