工业制糖糖汁澄清沉降器设计 过控XXX班：XXX 指导教师：XX （XXXX大学XX学院 陕西 西安 710021） 摘要：工业制糖近年来在我国发展迅速，甘蔗制糖一般分为甘蔗备料、提汁、甘蔗澄清、蒸发、结晶助晶、分蜜干燥、包装储存等工段。制糖产量与甘蔗混合汁的澄清阶段密切相关，制糖的整个工序也要用到许多设备，而沉降器就是比较重要的一个[1]。 糖汁的混合汁经系统处理后生成了很多沉淀物。同时一些胶体体系被破坏，形成很多凝聚团块。这些沉淀例子及其他粗细分散颗粒，悬浮分散与蔗汁中，必须进行固液分离的处理，才能得到清静的糖汁。 沉降可分为自由沉降与干扰沉降两个过程。颗粒沉降的条件是颗粒所受的重力大于浮力。 沉降器的类型很多，但按期操作的连续性可以分为间歇式和连续式两大类，若以层数来分又可以分为单层快速沉降器和多层快速沉降器[2]。 关键词：工业制糖，糖汁澄清，混合汁，沉降器，单层快速沉降 Sugar Guice Clarification Clarifier Design ABSTRACT:Abstract: The sugar industry has developed rapidly in recent years in our country, sugar cane sugar cane is generally divided into preparation, mentioning juice, sugar cane clarification, evaporation, crystallization aid crystal, sub honey drying, packaging, storage, etc. section. Keywords: industrial sugar, juice clarification, mixed juice, settler, single rapid subsidence 1 概述 制糖工业在我国国民经济中具有重大作用，提高成品糖的产量和质量，不仅能满足我国人民生活日益增长的需要，而且能为现代化建设积累资金和培养人才。为了高速发展制糖工业，除了积极增产甘蔗原料外，还必须努力提高劳动生产率、节约能源、降低成本、增加收回、提高质量，大力发展综合利用。因此研究高效、节能、精新的设备是今后发展的方向。糖汁澄清主要是利用沉降器进行操作。完成混合汁中的固液分离，达到清净的目的。沉降主要是利用重力使悬浮液中的固体颗粒沉降分离，又分为自由沉降和干扰沉降。干扰沉降继
