Abstract With the deepening of Chinas reform and the establishment of market economy, the rural economy is undergoing profound changes, but the circulation of the agricultural products are dufficult.Although the output is increasing,the income of the farmers’ is not increasing.The way to solve the problem is to develop the logistics of agricultural products,which is the key point to all levels of government.February 2009,the State Council put the logistics industry into the niational ranks of the revitalization of industry, what is going to promote it from the National Strategic.To meet the national plan, HuBei province developed restructuring and revitalization of the logistics industry in Hubei Province (2009-2011).Under this background, I selected the Agricultural Product Logistics as a study object. In this paper, the basic theory of modern logistics is the base of the research. Using literature, comparative method, case study, I combed the domestic and foreign agricultural logistics research. Through the analysis of historical background and the current situation, I pointed out the main problems and challenges of the logistics of agricultural products in Hubei Province, and give some advice to solve the problem.The paper formed by six parts.
