住院患者护理工作满意度调查量表的初步研制 绳宇 赵盈盈 赵培 吴伟 摘 要： 目的：发展住院患者满意度测量工具，为临床医疗护理工作提供评价工具，并对其进行信效度检测。方法：（1）采用文献回顾的方法提出住院患者满意度量表研究的理论框架；（2）目的抽取北京协和医院内外科住院患者7名进行半结构访谈，根据访谈结果经研究小组讨论形成条目池，修改后形成初步问卷。抽取5名临床护理管理专家对问卷进行表面效度测量，采纳专家建议对条目进行初筛；（3）采用分层整群抽取方法抽取北京协和医院普内科、心内科等6个科室147名住院患者对量表进行项目区分度、结构效度分析、因子分析、Cronbach’α系数等统计指标测量，对条目进行再筛选和修改，最终形成量表。结果：住院患者满意度量表共由4个维度，29个条目组成。其内部一致性（Cronbach’α系数）为0.9534、结构效度4个因子的累计解释变量为66.389%，均在测量学可接受的范围。量表的平均完成时间为9分钟。结论：量表有较好的信、效度和可行性，可作为住院患者对护理工作满意的评价工具。 关键词：住院患者、满意度、量表 Abstract Objective: Development the scale of inpatient satisfaction for clinical evaluation tools to provide medical care, and its reliability and validity testing. Methods: (1) The literature review was used to set up the inpatient satisfaction scale of the theoretical framework; (2) the purpose sampling was used to select the inpatients in medical and surgical wards of Peking Union Medical College Hospital for semi-structured interviews, based on interviews by the research team to discuss the formation of item pool revised to form the initial questionnaire. Five clinical nursing management experts were selected to give the content validity index (CVI) of the questionnaire and measured adoption experts recommend screening on the entries; (3) Stratified sampling was used to take 147 inpatients from 6 wards of medical, surgical and endocrine in Peking Union Medical College Hospital, to scale item validity, construct validity, factor analysis, Cronbachα statistical indicators measuring coefficient of re-entry screening and modification, the final formation of scales. Results: Inpatient satisfaction scale comprises four dimensions, composed of 29 items.
