Opportunity recognitionAbstract: This article described the three theoretical models of opportunity recognition and evaluate the impact of cognition and human capital and social capital on the opportunity recognition process.Introduction:Opportunity recognition is an important area of an entrepreneur(Kontinen, Oiala, 2011). It is really important ability for people who want to have so investment of something or someone wants to make for himself. The opportunity itself is not important. To find a viable opportunity or an idea and developing it is the main thing(Bygrave and Zacharias,2007,P58). Like Richard Delabarca said “In the process of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial, opportunity recognition is a major step in any entrepreneurial venture creation.” (Delabraca,2002). It can be define as perceiving improvement of an existing venture(Delabarca,2002). It aims to perceiving market needs and underemployed resources. The second is to discovering a point, it between special market need, and more resources. The third step is to create a new a new opportunity and a new concept between different demand andresource (Ardichvi et, al 2003). This article will describe these process and some effects affected by other factor.Active searching.First,active searching is the first step,it can be said as perception . This is a kind of search that people have an aim. Aim to create the customer value. Drucker said that a big part of opportunities were foundout by purposeful search(Chandler et, al 2002). Hightechnology plays an important role in building customer value(Boode,2004,P23). Sometime, to assume objective reality is a kind of method to active searching. Like Richard Blundel and Nigel Locket said“having a vision is the key to your entrepreneurial new venture”(Blundel and Lockett.2011).
