EO/EG Equipment lifting program 1、Main equipment parameter C1230 353 t,φ5.2×52.8 R1130,R1150 550 t,φ4.9×22.36 2、Crane choosing Main crane SL-13000,800t crawler crane with balance weight of 480t×22.2m.made in Japan. The crane for lifting the stern M4600S-5, 317t crawler crane.made in USA(MANITOWOC). 3、Working parameter of crane Lifting C1230:L=73.2,R=22,Q=530,Bear rate=353/530=0.67,Refer to the following chart. Lifting R1130,1150:L=61,R=18,Q=666,Bearrate=550/666=0.83,Refer to the followingchart. 4、Lifting methods For the lifting of C1230、R1130、R1150, crawler crane of model Sl-1300, 800t will lift the head of equipments, crawler crane of the model M4600S-5,317t will lift the stern of equipments and they work together. After erection of the equipments ,the 317t crane will move the hook firstly and the 800t crane will work separately for adjustment and installation. For the lifting of C1210、C1250、C1220、E1141、E1161、E1211、E2511, the 317t crane and the crane of model KH700-2 will be used. The equipments will be lifted with the same methods. For the other 40t-100t vertical equipments, the crawler crane of 150t and 50t will be used tolift them with the same method.
