北京经济管理职业学院2014年院级课题（14YBB12） 我院图书馆信息资源共建共享机制研究 课题负责人 季亚文 课题组成员 熊均清 北京经济管理职业学院 2016年 3 月 16日 摘　要 信息资源是国家的一种重要战略资源，信息资源共建是对信息资源的合理配置和合理调整。首先对信息资源共建共享的概念进行了界定，讨论了云计算，然后对国内外图书馆信息资源共建共享研究进行了简单梳理，在此基础上分析了我国图书馆信息资源共建共享模式。从经管类高职院校的类型出发，讨论了目前经管类高职图书馆信息资源共享存在的问题，探讨了经管类高职图书馆信息资源共建共享的必要性和可行性，阐释了经管类高职图书馆信息资源共建共享的原则。强调通过借力于CALIS建设全国经管类高职院校共享域和借助CALIS 的“e读”建立全国经管类高职院校一站式检索平台，以及参与CALIS建设全国经管类高职院校特色数据库、资源导航库和学科导航库来进行建设全国经管类高职信息资源保障体系，同时简述“全国经管类高职图书馆联盟”的构建方法。最后提出了云计算环境下我院图书馆信息资源共建共享发展方案。 关键词：信息资源共建共享; 经管类高职图书馆 ; 经管类高职院校; 中国高等教育文献保障体系; 全国经管类高职图书馆联盟；云计算 Abstract Information resources is an important strategic resource of the country, and information resources construction can make information resources rational allocation and rationalization. This thesis first defines discusses library information resources co-construction and sharing and that of cloud computing, describing its research at home and abroad, and analyzing its model in China. Then the problems of information resources sharing Higher Vocational College of Economics and Management is discussed in current with the type of the colleges, and the necessity and feasibility of information resources construction and sharing are showed in Higher Vocational college library. Whats more, this paper illustrates information resources construction and sharing principle of Higher Vocational College of Economics and Management Library. In addition, national information resources guarantee system of Higher Vocational College of Economics and Management Library is built in China through the construction of national share domain of Higher Vocational College of Economics and Management with the help of CALIS; and via a national platform for one-stop searching of Higher Vocational College of Economics and Management by “E-reading” of CALIS; and by characteristic database, resource and subject navigation system of Higher Vocational College of Economics and Management with the aid of CALIS.
