摘 要 汽车防抱死制动系统是提高车辆制动性能和行车安全的重要装置，主要功能是在汽车制动时防止车轮因抱死而使车辆失去方向，从而提高车辆行驶的安全性。随着电子技术的发展，ABS的性能也不断得到提高和完善，同时要求汽车使用与维修人员尽快掌握现代汽车新技术。开发、研制ABS实验测试设备，用于模拟汽车实际工作状况，并动态显示ABS油路、电路及二者关联工作状况，实时测量电子元件工作参数，智能模拟故障与检测，有助于尽快掌握ABS的结构和原理、性能检测、故障诊断与维修等方面的知识。本文对ABS教学仪器控制系统以及软件和机械部分进行了设计，本设计不仅实现了对ABS元件识别、原理实验、故障设置，而且实现了电路和油路关联演示、滑移率的演示以及车轮轮速的同步显示。 关键词：ABS；教学仪器；油路；电路；诊断 Abstract Anti-lock braking system is safety devices that can improve vehicle braking performance and the safety of driving .Its main function is prevent the wheels to be locked which made the auto lose the direction when braking. It can improve the driving safety. With the development of electronic technology, Anti-lock braking system has been improved and perfected. Meanwhile, vehicle using and maintenance personnel to master the modern automobile, along with the new technologies as soon as possible. Study on Anti-lock braking system control technology. Anti-lock braking system developed experimental test equipment to simulate actual working conditions of vehicles, and dynamic display ABS asphalt, circuit and the two related working conditions and real-time measurement of electronic components parameters what’s more, intelligent fault detection, which are good for grasping the ABS structure and principle quickly. It is helpful for performance testing and fault diagnosis. The maintenance of knowledge was referred to. This paper finished the design of the ABS electronic control panel system including the software and the mechanical parts. The Instructional Instruments control System not only achieved the recognition of ABS components, the experiment of principle, the fault setup, but also achieved the realization of asphalt circuit and the associated display、display of the slip ratio and wheel speed synchronous show. It is used for the experimental teaching and researching.It is for the maintenance of enterprise units also.
