摘 要 学习是人的一种重要活动，它贯穿于人的生命全程，而学习动机是个体发动或维持其学习活动的内部动力，是影响学生学习兴趣和成绩的重要因素，因此了解和研究学生的学习动机具有重要的意义。 本文主要了解我院大学生学习动机的现状，并针对现状进行相应的分析和研究，通过问卷调查的方式获得分析所需的数据，本文主要分析不同性别、不同年级、不同户口之间的学习动机差异情况。采用了独立性检验、单因子方差分析等分析方法，经过对学习动机间的差异情况进行了详细准确的分析，得出了不同性别、不同年级间的学习动机是存在显著差异的，而不同户口间是没有差异存在的的结果。另外还对学生的学习成绩与学习动机六个层面做了相关分析以及回归分析，确定了回归模型。 了解学生的学习动机才能有针对性的找到提高学习动机的方法和策略，才能更好的提高学生的兴趣和成绩。 关键词: 学习动机；差异分析；方差分析；回归模型 Abstract Learning is an important activity of the people, which through the whole life of human. Learning motivation is the internal motive of the individual to initiate or maintain their learning activities, and is important factors influencing students learning interest and achievement. Therefore, the understanding and study of students learning motivation has important significance. This paper is mainly about the status quo of college students learning motivation with the corresponding analysis and research in view of the present situation. The analysis of the data obtained by questionnaire, which mainly analysis factors, such as gender, grades, regions, that take influence on the learning motivation. The independence of the t test and single factor variance analysis method, we make the detailed and accurate analysis on those factors which make different on the learning motivation. Moreover, we do the correlation analysis and regression analysis of student achievement and learning motivation of six levels, and get the regression model. Understand the students learning motivation can be targeted to find ways to improve learning motivation and strategies in order to better improve student interest and achievement.
