内窥镜在大鼠气管插管中的应用 米睿1 杨帆1 李彤2 （1. 天津医科大学三中心临床学院，天津市人工细胞重点实验室，天津，300170；2. 天津市第三中心医院心脏中心，天津市肝病研究所，天津市人工细胞重点实验室，天津，300170） 【摘要】 目的 探讨内窥镜辅助大鼠气管插管方法。方法 将40只大鼠随机分成内镜组和直视组两组，比较插管操作时间、插管总完成时间、插管次数、插管一次成功率、呕吐反射次数、窒息次数和拔管后24存活率。结果 内镜组的插管操作时间、插管次数、一次插管成功率、呕吐反射次数、窒息次数均优于经经口明视组( P＜0. 05) ，插管总完成时间、拔管后24存活率比较差异无统计学意义( P＞0. 05) 。结论 采用内窥镜辅助插管法优于传统的经口指视插管法，值得推广。 【关键词】 大鼠；内窥镜；气管插管 Endoscropic assist in rat orotracheal intubation MI Rui1, YANG Fan1, LI Tong2 (1. The procedure time, total time, intubation frequency，the success rate of the first intubation and the survival rate in 24h were compared between the conventional group and the endoscropic group. Results The total time in two groups were nearly the same. But the procedure time and frequency of intubation were significantly less in the endoscropic group than those in the conventional group . The success rate of the first intubation in the endoscropic group was obviously higher than that of the conventional group. There was no obviously difference between the survival rate after extubation in 24h between groups. Conclusion Endoscropic assist is superior to the conventional method and worth promoting． 【Key words】Rats; Endoscropic assist; Orotracheal intubation 大鼠气管插管技术是进行开胸手术、呼吸功能检测和气管内给药的前提条件。顺利而稳定地完成气管插管、减少插管过程中的损伤能为后续实验奠定良好基础。目前常用的经口直视气管插管的方法有：盲插法、经口明视插管法和颈部透视插管法等[1]。内窥镜辅助技术的发展使更加精准和微创的插管操作成为可能。在国外，Fuentes和Clary等首先将内窥镜应用于大鼠气管插管[2,3]。但由于设备专业性强，在国内一直未能得到广泛开展。本实验组在实践过程中，经过反复比较、总结和改进，摸索出了使用国产USB内镜进行气管插管的实验技术，并与传统经口明视插管方法进行比较，现报道如下： 1
