力德希口服液对儿童血铅的干预效应及其对铁、钙、锌的影响 娜琪1 陈应军2（1. 首都医科大学附属北京同仁医院儿科，北京市 100176；2.北京市丰台区妇幼保健院，北京市 100076 ） [摘要]目的：研究力德希口服液对城市儿童血铅干预效应及其对血锌、血钙、血铁的影响。方法：门诊体检血铅≥100μg/L的儿童随机分为服用力德希口服液的干预组和对照组，连续干预两个月后对比观察两组儿童的血铅、钙、铁、锌的浓度变化。 结果：干预组从干预前的血铅≥100μg/L的77例下降到干预后的6例，而对照组从干预前的78例上升到干预后的69例，差异有显著性（P0.05）；而血锌、血钙、血铁无显著变化（P0.05）。 结论：服用力德希口服液可使儿童的PbB明显下降（P0.001），而对儿童的血锌、血钙和血铁未见影响。 [关键词] 血铅；力德希口服液； 儿童 The Effect s of Lead-x Oral Solution on childrens blood lead , iron, calcium and zinc Na qi 1 Chen yin-jun 2（1.Capital Medical University Affiliated Beijing Tongren Hospital, Pediatrics, Beijing 100176 ，China 2. Maternal and Child Health Hospital, Fengtai District, Beijing 100076，China） [Abstract] Objective: To study the effects of Lead-x Oral solution on urban childrens blood lead, and its impact on blood iron, calcium, zinc. Method: outpatient children with Blood lead≥100μg /L were divided into the control group and the intervention group taking Lead-x Oral solution randomly. After two months of continuous intervention, to observe changes of blood lead, calcium, iron and zinc concentration in both groups. Results: Patients whose blood lead≥100μg /L, reduced from 77 to 6 cases in the intervention group, in the control group increased from 78 to 69 cases, the difference was significant (P 0.05 ); while the level of blood zinc, calcium and iron had no significant change (P 0.05). Conclusion: Taking Lead-x oral solution could reduce the level of PbB in children significantly (P 0.001), and have no impact to childrens blood zinc, calcium and iron . [Keywords] blood lead; Lead-x oral solution; children 　　铅是神经毒的金属元素，用途十分广泛。儿童由于代谢和发育的特点，对铅特别敏感，易引起中枢神经系统的毒性作用，尤其对儿童智能发育产生不可回逆的损害，儿童铅中毒防治已成儿童保健工作的重点。本实验是服用力德希口服液制剂干预后，观察儿童血中铅、锌、钙和铁离子浓度变化，并对其效果进行评价。 1 对象和方法 对象 儿科门诊体检Pb100μg/L的5～14岁儿童共155名（男77人，女78人）。 检测方法 在特定无铅污染环境下，由专业人员取静脉血0.5ml密封，冷藏保存。48h内用北京博辉创新光电技术股份有限公司提供的BH2100型钨舟原子吸收光谱仪和BH5100型原子吸收光谱仪检测血中铅、钙、锌和铁离子浓度。 干预方法 155名体格检查发现血铅≥100μg/L的儿童随机分为干预组77人和对照组78人。对照组仅给予铅损伤防治生活指导，干预组在生活指导的基础上给予口服益
