By studying this short story, we will enable the students to know that despite our life is full of frustration or even misfortune of all kinds; we are bound to defeat them if we could face them with a positive attitude. On the other hand, this unit virtually is a continuation of unit one. Unit one aims to help the students find out the most efficient way to learn English. Helen Keller actually is a very good learner, though deaf and blind, under the help of her teacher, Helen finally grew up to be a world-renowned writer and social activist.
