The policy of Beijing has his typical nature because he is one of the earliest cities which built public housing system This paper take public housing system of Beijing as research object, analysis the exciting problems of public housing system in Beijing and propose author’s policy suggestions base on the investigation of low-income families’ housing situationBecause it has many problems if you provide low-rent house to low-income families directly, for example spend too much in disposable investment, difficult in management in later period, small system elasticity and so on, so author believes that we should pay more attention to the method of rent subsidy, meanwhile, take reverse decreases progressively according to the income level of low-income families. We should enhance the public housing security level dynamic, expanse the security scope continues. We can adjust it according to the minimum salary of Beijing. regard to the problem of finding suitable houses, author propose that we can use property company to provide the information of suitable housesAuthor hopes the housing problem of low-income families could be regarded by the government and all circles of the society.
