Its working principle is the use of the press press equipment of the pressure on the mold, so that the mold in the plate to press out the shape required. Mainly by two processes, one is blanking, two is punching and cutting. Ultimately determine the structure of the die for the longitudinal two pieces of side by side cut open bilateral edge and baffle spacing suppress discharge simulation steps of hop with a bearing plate. Adopt two parts side by side, arrange a molding punch punch, at the same time, two parts of the groove and end forming, and the actual has been two punching parts. Mainly has carried on the structure design of die and punch, suppress discharge structure design of structure design of feeding device, the side guide plate and a side edge and so on.At last, the blanking punch, punching punching die, punching punch and die were designed.
