Result s: DNA polymerase B gene mutation werefound inthe tissues of CIN and CC. The mutation rates in CCwas 38.24%( 13/ 34) , significantly higher thanthat of CIN (2/ 18, 11. 11%) ( P 0.05) . The sequencing results showed 2 pointmutations from A to at nucleotide 660. Conclusion: The molecular mechanism of human cervical cancer may be related to the mutation of polymeraseB gene.
